The Director – Operations is the leader of Enfinite’s Generation and Storage facilities. Leading the Operations Team to ensure Enfinite achieves operational excellence while prioritizing health, safety, and the environment.

Provide technical and regulatory leadership to multi-disciplinary teams. Developed relationships with key departments to lead a portfolio of projects from site specific trials to deployment at scale. Utilize ongoing two-way communication to ensure that thoughtful solutions are applied through a diverse portfolio. • Completed the identification and inventory of over 20k pieces of equipment driven by new regulation. I achieved significant cost savings (>$1M) by utilizing over 60 operations staff that resulted in centralized trackable data directly from the source. The project was implemented by assembling and managing a key stakeholder group and was tracked using an innovative digital collection method.• Stood up in-house emissions testing team driven by reducing costs ($150k annual savings) and creating a visual dashboard for results. This involved evaluating testing equipment, employee training, development and roll-out of procedures that resulted in building internal skillsets and a tool that enables data communication with various stakeholders and an optimized reporting structure. Coordinated with internal and external resources to leverage experience and knowledge for the success of the project and business strategy. • Worked primarily on the optimization of ConocoPhillips natural gas fleet of 150+ compressors.• Participated in RFP & HAZOP assessments for retrofit and new installations.• Provided technical support to field and office staff with regards to compressor/driver operation and performance monitoring.• Key accomplishments include consolidating under-utilized equipment to provide economic benefit as well as optimization of existing ConocoPhillips surplus equipment.
