As a server, I seek to provide excellent customer service through individualized, enjoyable experiences for all. By managing as many as 10 tables at once, this role has taught me the value of both efficiency and accuracy. Knowing that customer loyalty is crucial in this industry, creating long-lasting relationships with customers is always one of my top priorities.

I served on the academic team as a "Classroom Assistant" for the University of Alabama's Sales Program (UASP). This job was focused around aiding the professors/directors by facilitating administrative and technological elements in the classroom. Along with monitoring and recording student attendance, I had the responsibility of managing the sales lab, as well as calculating, reviewing and inputting over 500 students' sales pitch grades. All of these tasks were performed accurately while retaining full confidentiality.

As an Aramark marketing intern, I had the responsibility of promoting Bama Dining at the University of Alabama sponsored events, including informational seminars and orientations. This position allowed me to use, as well as strengthen, my communication and marketing skills while educating peers, parents, and faculty on Bama Dining offerings. I also had the privilege of serving as a photographer for the brand's social media pages.

As an Assistant Manager, I had the opportunity to oversee a staff of 8 employees. I had the opportunity to encourage sales growth through various methods of training and demonstrate positive customer-employee relationships. Maintaining a positive and professional environment for both employees and customers was my top priority. Along with managing employees and business operations, I had the responsibility of managing all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Snapchat). This role included coordinating daily posts, as well as advertisements, collaborating with photographers, organizing promotional events and coordinating weekly email campaigns.
