After completing my summer internship, I was able to turn the internship into a full time role with Abrams as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Currently, I am managing daily QA operations, keeping supporting documentation updated, as well as helping manage customer relations. Another aspect of this role is managing our Zendesk helpdesk, which allows me to support our customers with any questions, feature additions, or concerns they may have. Lately, I have been working with Balsamiq to improve my wireframe skills, which has been a big help when adding features for customers or communicating with our developers on new projects.

I successfully completed an internship with Abrams Security Group through their Quality Assurance Analyst internship role. Through the internship, I was able to gain critical experience in Jira as well as learn how to effectively communicate with developers on projects. I also gained invaluable knowledge in the business process and customer communication.
