As the Platform Migration Program Director for Queensland Health (QH) on contract with more than 130,000U employees. A wonderful team and I are responsible for delivering major platform migration work programs for our current IT infrastructure, technologies, and application management services. These initiatives are crucial as they host and support Queensland Health's essential workforce management, payroll, business, finance, and logistics services. My focus will be on Brownfield enterprise systems platform migration projects, including cloud migration projects and product suite upgrades, with a preference for experience in S/4HANA and others.A significant part of my role involves developing business cases specifically for platform migration projects, particularly those related to SAP solutions. This includes tailoring methodologies to establish a robust project/program management environment. To ensure technical activities are managed efficiently, I have a dedicated technical project manager working side by side with me. Together, we will initially focus on finalizing the platform migration designs and options, solution architectures, and developing the relevant business cases. This process includes scoping the business and system impacts of the migration options and creating project and solution planning products to inform QH management about the scope, resources, schedule, and cost necessary to deliver these projects.
