The programs and project manager role works closely to support the leadership development specialists in scheduling and supporting all CEN training opportunities. As one of 2 assistant resident directors in a building with over 400 residents, I am mainly responsible for facilitating community among 10 community facilitators (RA's) by supporting them in their everyday tasks. I did this by having 1:1 meetings with each member of the team and being available for any questions or concerns that may arise. Additionally, I also managed 6 desk assistants throughout the year who manage our service desk nightly; this included scheduling shifts for the duration of the school year as well as managing the supplies available for residents at the desk. Lastly this role also required me to be apart of a duty rotation which required me to respond to emergency situations as well as facilities issues for the entire campus.
