In 2003 I dove head first into residential satellite system installations with my then boyfriend, now husband, and after 3 years of field experience I moved over to the admin side of the business. My field experience gave me the knowledge base necessary to understand the function and capabilities of satellite systems and also the tools necessary to troubleshoot and successfully resolve customer's satellite and other video issues over the phone. As the business expand so did my knowledge of the additional services and systems we were adding which conditioned and defined my troubleshooting skills to be precise and efficient,Customer service is my strong-suit, I just like helping people. Whether it be a video issue or a billing issue I will be the one to find the solution. I am confident in my abilities to satisfy each customer with whom I make contact. Guess you can say I'm proficient in customer service. As Senior Account Manager I currently oversee all new and existing customer accounts which includes revolving security, surveillance and home automation accounts, along with the satellite and general television accounts. I, with my husband, am a future owner of Satellite Station which quickly evolved into HomeSmart [powered by Satellite Station Fire and Security] to accommodate the many systems and services we provide. My husband and I are excited to be a part of an ever-changing industry, although stressful, we strive to be at the forefront of technology and the the convenience it offers our clients.
