Managed year-long, total store remodel of a dual-building Belk store into a Flagship location.Responsible for total store operations in absence of general manager and daily operations of men's and the children's & home building which account for two-thirds of floor space of location. Store is currently one of the highest sales revenue locations in the company, including several areas under my responsibility.
