>> Own electronic library and part creation for schematic capture symbols and PCB layout footprints compliant to IPC standards>> As an expert PCB Designer, conduct end to end layout of high speed, high power, analog, and mixed signal PCBs in the 500MHz to 5GHz range by taking schematic or netlist, MCO, and other requirements, defining stackup, conducting placement, routing, optimizing through DRC and creating full technical documentation package.>> Own interface with senior EE's, signal Integrity experts, and mechanical engineering teams >> Generate BOM, gerbers, FAB drawings, & assembly drawings to support PCB & PCBA manufacture>> Collaborate with contract manufacturers to ensure designs met DFM, DFA, & DFT guidelines. >> Provide technical leadership to Argo’s suppliers and partner’s PCB Layout Engineers for complex board layouts>> Served as ECAD Services admin ensuring our platforms were updated, secure, and helping users onboard and train on ECAD tools. >> Sole administrator for the company's PLM system: Configuration of all modules and software bridges for cross-departmental workflows, user onboarding and training, account management, approval routings, deviation and change management.>> Created, maintained, and trained on internal documentation for all workflows related to ECAD use, PCB / PCBA release, PLM interface, and Change Management Process for Production release.
