As Supply Chain Leader my team is responsible for the ordering and fulfillment of 80,000 plus orders a year to our onsite biomed's for multi-vendor parts in the US. We partner with over 600 suppliers to meet the demanding needs of the hospitals that we support. We work closely with our Quality team to ensure that the parts that are delivered meet the stringent quality demands necessary to support medical equipment in a patient centric environment. We work closely with AP to help resolve any outstanding billing or invoicing issues in relation to the $32M in parts we procure.

As Support Ops Mgr. for the DCS Team, I was instrumental in providing operational support for compliance, employee safety, performance metrics, financial reviews, Travel and Living expenses and Telecom evaluations. I created the current state VSM for the purchasing to payables process and determined our true cost per transaction. I utilized VOC from the field to determine our future state focus. I created the purchasing to payables production board to aid in financial forecasting. I was instrumental in helping the business to reduce Travel and Living expenses by $528k YOY, and delivered over $200k of VCP. I was the Element 12 (Safety Risk Assessment champion) scoring a perfect 5.0 in the BLA enabling us to achieve VPP certification.

As Technical Support Operations Manager for the Devices Support Team, I was instrumental in providing operational support for compliance, employee safety, performance metrics, and financial reviews. I created the current state VSM for the Support Operations Process and determined areas for improvments (Kaizen's). I utilized VOC from the field to determine our future state focus. I created the Technical Support Employee Dashboard for employee metrics and the Technical Support Bowling Chart for team metrics (occupancy rate, service levels, abandons, requests for service, average speed of answer (ASA), and time per transaction).

As product lifecycle leader I was engaged at each milestone in the product lifecycle. From product inception, to new product introduction, and finally to product end of life. I was instrumental in assuring that the support teams had all the necessary tools to support the new products. I also had critical to support items added as part of the product inception so that remote support capabilities were provided and enhanced.

As Technical Support Technical leader I was the teams escalation point for all technical and customer issues. I created and maintained a home grown knowledge base for the team to use on frequently seen issues. I was also instrumental in helping to create the work instructions for the CRM and other technical support processes and operations.
