- Actively participate in the Needs Assessment process, which establishes the allocation of IT Equipment to the key Functional Areas using Games equipment and Atos Services at the venue, in line with approved quantities per Atos Red-Book. - Responsible for ordering all IT equipment for key Games spaces through the IT Equipment Management tool. - Work closely with the IT suppliers who are responsible for implementation to ensure their commitments for the Implementation activities at the venue are in sync with what is required and agreed. - Monitor the IT Support Staff at the venue. Ensure adequate support for the incidents reported by the user, specifically key Games equipment and services. - Deliver the highest level of service to the user within the Service Level. - Arrange and perform the onsite IT training related to policies and procedures related to Games equipment and rehearsal when required. - Regularly visit key customers (Press, Broadcasters, and Sports) to ensure their requirements are satisfied. - Conduct and participate in venue tours and hospitality as required during lead up to and through Games-time period.
