Based on predetermined requirements, assess, grant, or rejects mortgage applications. Negotiate and structure loans with real estate agents to facilitate successful, satisfactory closings.

As a Senior Relationship Banker I am responsible for building and maintaining exceptional client experiences through building trust and rapport while utilizing a customized needs-based framework and selling approach. I serve as the first point of contact for our mass affluent, consumer, and small business clients. Using quick thinking and analysis of the client and their financial picture, when appropriate, I partner with various lines of business to meet immediate and unperceived needs. Partnerships I utilize daily are with Financial Advisors: mass affluent client base retirement needs, investment risk and exposure, brokerage account servicing and sales / Premier Bankers: client deposits over 100k / Mortgage Loan Officers: refinancing and new purchase needs / Lending Underwriters: to discuss and advocate client lending including residential, secured and unsecured lines and loans, origination and document receiving and processing (income, tax returns, title, flood, homeowners insurance, etc) / Treasury, ACH, & Merchant Services: for small business clients / Insurance Specialists: for all client bases including consumer and small business.
