Hillcrest provides financial and strategic advisory and merger, acquisition and divestiture services to companies with sales of less than $50 million per year. The foundation of Hillcrest’s approach is, first and foremost, determining the owner’s personal goals and objectives, then developing a comfortable approach to achieving those objectives utilizing the business as the primary vehicle. The Hillcrest Group works with a limited number of engagements per year maintaining a close working relationship with the company and the owner to assure a positive outcome.Ray has worked on over sixty engagements since he began performing advisory services. He is a certified public accountant, was employed by Ernst & Young as a senior manager and has been a CFO, COO, or CEO of both private and public, middle market companies.
