As part of the Control Tower team I was supporting the Senior Management business decision process through complex reports and analysis while monitoring the main KPIs and the inflow of the EMEA deals at team level.I was also supporting the analysis and testing phase for different projects, in order to evaluate and report the deployment status. Main role was Subject Matter Expert on Deals analytics for EMEA Bid Desk Team.Core responsibilities were:• Develop and run daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, Dashboards and QBRs for management meetings.• Revenue, Sales, Deals error reports, Operational metrics, Team Backlog, Productivity reports, Approval process reports.• Downloading the databases from various tools and creating reports and metrics(Sharepoint, Qliksense, Salesforce, PowerBI).• Optimization, maintenance, creation and testing of various Dashboards.• Testing tools and database applications for inconsistencies or errors in reporting logic.• Update and improve reports as required by business changes.• Work with back office and BI team in order to maintain, update and have all related dashboards with corresponding logic.• Additionally, I continued to support the SPC and Proposal Web team metrics and reporting.
