I am currently working as a Ticket Services Representative and administrative assistant for the Angels Baseball ticket department. Helping with fulfilling season seat printing and processing orders, game day and ticket plan package ticket orders, as well as ticket mailings and mobile ticketing deliveries.I also help with gift certificates purchases and stadium tour sales. On game days I work at the front of the office lobby to help patrons with ticketing issues and premium ticket will call services. I am also a part-time Ticket Seller representative at the Honda Center box office and working in Audience Services for Segerstrom Center for the Arts. I was previously a box office ticket seller and customer service representative for Angels Baseball, and Staples Center. At Segerstrom Center of The Arts I worked in the box office, call center and in the subscriptions departments. I am also a former online community operative at the Ayzenberg Group where I also worked in online marketing. Where I was part of a team of employees working on several high profile Social media campaigns, message board moderation and community outreach for EA Games and other Clients. I also worked with other internet companies and startups in the past. My responsibilities included being a marketing assistant , a content editor and writer for networks of blogs and sites. My duties also required the use of a variety of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and others to promote the content I created. I also utilized SEO expertise, traffic analysis, and understanding of different search engines and social bookmarking sites to obtain high rankings on valued key terms for the original content I created for the sites.Before that I was a full-time editor, writer and web content manager at Mahalo.com where I created search result pages, wrote original copy, and collected useful, and relevant links for each topic I researched. My position required covering a wide variety of subjects, such as celebrity gossip, sports, retail products, video games, and entertainment news. My duties also required advanced knowledge of search engine optimization techniques, web page management, detailed research, fact checking, general organization and curation. I also managed  a small remote staff, assigning research topics and stories. In addition, my position also dealt with managing message boards and promoting pages through social media, and bookmarking sites.
