• Manages the operation of the TOEFL Department• Prepares and delivers lectures (one-on-one or group) to improve students' reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.• Provides one-on-one coaching and written detailed feedback, scores, corrections, and explanation to students’ speaking and writing responses• Handles scheduling of teachers/students and trackers upkeep• Develops courses (e.g., Grammar, specialized speaking course) and designs program structure for TOEFL and IELTS• Develops educational content such as notes, quizzes, lecture slides, modules, lecture videos, and different types of tests (e.g., diagnostic, placement, admission, live speaking tests)• Facilitates training for the instructors• Performs proofreading/copyediting for the company's sales materials and other official documents• Helps composing the company's official documents (e.g., letters, contracts, proposals, etc.)• Writes content for the company’s marketing materials, website, articles, press releases, announcements, brochures, orientation PowerPoint presentations, etc.

• Assists Team Supervisors in managing teachers• Performs day-to-day recruitment activities for Western Teachers HB Hiring from monitoring classes and attendance, sourcing applicants, conducting interviews, onboarding training, and facilitating mock classes• Ensures applicants qualify for teaching positions with First Future and hiring targets are met• Works together with other departments to fulfill hiring demands for WTHB• Discusses the position details to the applicants and ensure an excellent candidate experience• Conducts basic troubleshooting for teachers experiencing tech issues• Deals with teachers’ concerns regarding the policies, operation procedures, etc.• Investigates and validates incident reports (IR)• Responds to IR and attendance dispute emails• Collects and analyzes data for the monthly report submission• Tracks teachers’ leave

• Conducts one-on-one EFL classes with adult Korean students• Monitors and evaluates student’s performance and keeps accurate records of their progress• Conducts activities and lessons based on EFL teaching methodologies• Encourages and engages students to speak in English• Motivates students and uses humor to induce a pleasant learning environment• Maximizes students’ talk time through oral tests and presentations. • Attends and contributes to training sessions • Undergoes monthly TOEIC (mock exam) to stay competent
