This includes direct investments in land for future build-to-rent, multifamily, industrial, manufactured housing, and other unique real estate opportunities with a geographic focus on the Sunbelt Region within the US. At Southern Waters we only seek opportunities that allow us to leverage our relationships and unique skill set to create value others can’t. Currently we manage a strategy of investing in special credit situations which target tax advantaged double digit returns for its investors.
