Develop, organize and implement high quality YMCA youth programs with an emphasis on youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.Coordinate a basketball, volleyball, and soccer program of over 700 youth per season with a robust volunteer program of close to 70 volunteer coaches and staff per season and maintaining a data base of over 500 volunteers for multiple roles including the sports program.Develop league play, schedule games, practices, coaches meetings/trainings, and run a quarterly league with other YMCA’s in the East Valley of Arizona, that serves close to 1,500 total youth in our region. The Sports Program operates on a budget of around $400,000 yearly, and has netted a positive operational net since I took the position in May of 2019.

The Club VOS volleyball program is a USA Volleyball sanctioned program that has been in the Valley since 2008. Our mission is "To develop and improve the skills and competitive spirit of the players while building a foundation that will encourage life skills and their commitment to the sport of volleyball and our community."At the Chandler/Gilbert YMCA, our three teams, a 14's, 16's, and 18's team, travelled around the state and were led by trained and highly passionate coaches. The program exceeded it's expected budget for the 2019-2020 volleyball season.

By the end of the campaign, our team raised close to $8,000 towards our branches goal of $83,000 for the 2020 Campaign that supports financial assistance, youth programming, military families, and other community programs.
