Responsibilities: • Leading Technical team• Develop my team skills under GM supervision• Prioritize the work.• Give Trainings and organize workshops on Life sciences applications in many universities and research centers in Egypt (57357 Hospital, Armed force central labs, Armed force Maadi hospital … etc.) • Work with Sales Team to provide a full presales and after sales support of our products.• Collaborate with engineering team to deliver after sales services(including installation and upgrading our Instruments software’s)• Help Researchers by reading their papers and research ideas and helping them to choose the right kits to perform their research.• Help our customers to perform the laboratory tests using our reagents and kits and analysing the results.• Troubleshoot technical problems that may face customers during the lab work• Report and process documentation For customer technical enquiries and the process of its management• Participate in Designing Marketing campaign for our Research Kits.• Plan , assist in handling customers Urgent Requests• Interface with other internal and external organizations to ensure timely problem resolution• Train, guide , coach, mentor, audit and appraise Application specialist and Technical support team
