Ray Andre is currently part of the CV-Services Team at ISO Claims, a Verisk Company. Working to report Auto Liabilty Insurance to various states as mandated by law. Personally managing several insurance carriers, supporting both personal and commercial lines. Translating code and resolving data issues between carriers and state agencies. In the past, Ray was the Story Teller of the Zappos story and Culture Outlaw for the Zappos Insights Team, a part of the Zappos Family of companies now headquartered in downtown Las Vegas, NV. A 10+ year employee of Zappos, Ray has held several roles thought out his career. From his humble beginnings in the Customer Loyalty Team when the company had less than 100 employees, Ray stood out in the pack. He was one of the first promoted to a Lead/Supervisor position within the company call center back in 2004. In 2007, Ray moved on to the Training Team, now known as Zappos U and worked alongside Dr. Mark Guadagnoli in implementing the Zappos University. 2009 Ray jump-started his career and moved around a bit before finding his home sharing the Zappos story. Some of his biggest stories have been shared on CNN and Dateline NBC. Most recently Ray has been working closely in an effort to further engage the community and was instrumental in curating a gift shop and charted a Zappos Toastmasters club.
