Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Daily sort and deliver Packages to customers a cross VA local areas in a timely manner

• Prep, Sort, and scan packages for delivery

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Daily repair and upkeep of properties• Prepare vacant units for occupancy including repairs necessary to market unit as directed by the Property Manager.• Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting, etc.• Perform maintenance and light repairs• Perform routine landscaping on the grounds• Put up drywalls, plaster, and Paint• Install hardwood floor, refurbish and sand floorPerform all maintenance and repair operations at the properties per electronic work orders• Repair major and minor issues with residential home• Complete appointments in a timely fashion• Order and replace broken parts or equipment• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Traveled to a large number of cities in the United States supervising the wall-to wall relocation and inventory audits for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Field Unit Inventory Repositioning Project (FUIRP).
