•Supervise from 12 to 42 Avionics team members. •Provide job announcements for Avionic section for purpose of employment. •Engage in discipline actions including recommendation for non-retention. •Manage equipment accounts totaling over 3 million dollars for the MC-130P aircraft and HH-60 helicopters. •Maintain Electronic Warfare (EW) training program of twelve team members. •Uphold the EW security program pertaining to secured events. •Sustain the EW resource protection and weapons task qualification program. •Perform written performance feedbacks to military and civilian team members. •Engage in Air Force Safety program, California OSHA and OSHA standards. •Provide maintenance job knowledge and practical hands on in fields of Aircraft Electronic Warfare systems, Aircraft Electrical/Environmental systems and aircraft Guidance/Control systems. •Present reports oral and written to upper and executive management in fields of business concerns.
