The role directs, coordinates and manages staff and resources to provide cost effective,high quality and comprehensive contract management services in line with business objectives. The role focuses on: (i) provision of statewide contract notification and administration services; (ii) review and coordination of contract dispute matters; (iii) oversight and coordination of technology enhancements; (iv) focused Audit and Verification and regular review and reporting of the maintenance contractors performance; and, (v) effective management of building essential services, security, fireline and lift services contracts.

The role designs and leads the implementation of maintenance contract auditing and analysis programs. It also takes a lead role in verifying contractor performance in respect to the maintenance contract.

Managed up to 7 quality assurance staff across various regions.Regularly reviewed, monitored and reported team and individual performance. Identified, addressed and resolved escalated compliance issues with maintenance contractors and internal staff in a collaborative approach. Led performance audits.Monitored regional annual maintenance budget of approximately $88 million.
