I am the lead of a team that handles batch job developments to our US client, which is a big telecom company. I am involved in the design phase of each development. I worked directly with both our onshore counterparts in IBM and with our clients. I gather different information needed in the development and enhancement of our system. I work closely with the clients during design phase of the system/enhancement, then from the details they provide, we work on that up to a point that we will develop that system/enhancement.
