• Develop and drive rollout of the Project Life Cycle for ING IM Taiwan with completed set of procedures and tools for every projects running in the business.
• In charge of IT integration project to design and build a new Data Center at Taipei 101 office, integrates IT infrastructures and other systems from two firms into one. The scope includes the integration of data.

• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Review and rebuild IT infrastructure environment in order to stabilize and improve infrastructure stabilities.
• Infrastructure upgrades for group standard requirements and policies.
• Ensure accuracy of all application deliverables to achieve business requirements and successfully maintained systems in accordance with established service level agreement through preventive code review and.
• Analyze and assess the portfolio management system structure and evaluated future requirements through the workshop meeting with key business managers for the system upgrade.

• Drove rollout of IT service processes to Taiwan ETS includes Data Center standard and operation procedures, system security hardening procedures, JPMorgan Project Life Cycle methodology, database administration.
• Responsible for local Technology Risk Management.

• Support Asia Pacific region on regional change management/implementation process.
• Support in several office relocation projects, including Chase Bank Taipei branch relocation, JPM Securities relocation, and Asset Management office relocation.
