Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment • Perform routine check on machines, identify and fix possible problems • Schedule maintenance of machineries consulting with production in-charge • Respond immediately to mechanical breakdown and other problems in the production floor • Replace worn and defective parts and maintain a log book • Ensure the work area is clean and well ventilated • Adjust and calibrate machine as required • Traveling to client locations for equipment inspection. • Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance. • Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment. • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. • Removing old equipment and installing new machines. • Proving technical support and training on new equipment. • Responding to customer call-outs. • Adhering to all safety and performance regulations. • Comply with company policies and procedures
