I was given the opportunity to help improve business operations of an already successful sales team. We were able to develop a retail pricing and marketing strategy that improved the efficiency and turn rates for the sales department. In addition by developing and training effective sales processes we were able to improve sale’s effectiveness and performance for the entire team.

I was asked to move from Rallye BMW to Rallye Lexus in order to revitalize a struggling franchise. In a very short amount of time I was able to cut expenses, improve operations and restore profitability. It was a great opportunity to prove that a premium point can be successful by properly caring for their own PMA and portfolio.

I had the opportunity to hire sales people, sales managers and F&I managers which developed into a great team that went on to achieve BMW’s Center of Excellence for the first time in Rallye BMW’s long history. As the market shifted from an abundance of inventory to a pandemic driven shortage we were able to pivot our approach to maximize profitability & performance.

Improved retail environment at JLR Huntington by reducing new and pre-owned inventory levels, canceled excess storage lot contracts, increased inventory turn rates, and improved vehicle pipeline in preparation for future growth. Increased service turn rates, improved customer satisfaction scores by focusing on closing RO’s and returning customer vehicles in a more timely manner. Improved Parts & Accessory awareness and built new car inventory that would easily accommodate add on accessories offered by the manufacturer. Responsible for the Pre-owned Department operations in all 5 locations which included JLR Huntington, JLR Southampton, JLR Glen Cove, Mercedes- Benz of Brooklyn and Mercedes-Benz of Caldwell. Improved overall department performance by reducing pre-owned inventory, increased vehicle turn rates and profitability by improving market awareness, enhancing available model mix, visual lot appeal, internet functionality and employee confidence in the CPO reconditioning process.
