My role with GoBus Transport focuses on ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of a multi-site operation covering the Coromandel and Hauraki Plains region. Key to the role is the strategic and day-to-day operational management of school bus and charter services where I have direct responsibility for a fleet of 90 vehicles, 3 direct reports and 67 staff. I have financial responsibility for a multi-million dollar budget. I manage service delivery to achieve contractual obligations and I am required to conduct significant stakeholder relationship management with the Ministry of Education, school principals, private contractors, local councils and GoBus senior management.

My role with Hays focused on elevating the overall journey of candidates throughout the recruitment process. Key to the role was collaborating closely with recruitment teams to align candidate expectations with the company's values and culture. Some of my duties included managing a team of Candidate Experience Partners, ensuring that candidates have a positive, transparent, and supportive experience from initial engagement to onboarding, designing and implementing candidate-centric strategies, coordinating service delivery with international service partners, and implementing change initiatives for continuous improvements.

My role with Ministry of Social Development focused on overseeing and optimising the delivery of client-focused services to individuals and families in need. Key to the role was collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, aligning resources, and partnerships to meet client needs. Some of my duties included managing a team of 15 Case Managers, managing team workflow, developing and implementing service delivery strategies, conducting performance review and coaching, managing the recruitment of new Case Managers, handling client escalations and continually enhancing service quality.

My role with New Zealand Defence Force focused on leading and facilitating an advanced educational program that equips students with in-depth knowledge and practical skills in logistics and supply chain management. Key to the role was preparing students for successful careers in the dynamic field. Some of my duties included designing and delivering a curriculum that aligns with industry standards and emerging trends, delivering course material, working closely with students, providing mentorship, guidance, and hands-on training, conducting evaluation and assessment of training and ensuring strict adherence to army regulations, tactics, and protocol, including health and safety, ethics, and conduct.

Earlier roles include Senior Advisor Logistics (Captain) / 2IC - Logistics Management (Captain) and Junior Logistics Manager (Lieutenant) with New Zealand Defence Force.I deployed on multiple operations including South Korea, Antarctica and Iraq.
