I have over 26 years experience in the management and delivery of technically complex and challenging construction projects. After successfully completing an honours degree in Civil Engineering in the UK and working on several prestigious projects in London, I migrated to Australia in 2000. With over 20+ years of West Australian construction market knowledge, I’ve managed the delivery of projects within most sectors including aviation, commercial office development, retail, education, sports & recreation, healthcare, industrial and defence.As part of the senior leadership team with Perkins Builders, I’m responsible for managing all construction operations in the Perth Metropolitan Area. This includes the implementation and management of the company's standard operating procedures, work winning strategies, commercial and technical management including cost control, monthly reporting and planning of projects. I also have responsibility for managing and resourcing all projects and the management of OHS and QA procedures throughout the construction process. I manage, develop and work with an exceptional large team of construction professionals including project and site managers, contract administrators, safety officers and project planners and enjoy watching them grow and develop their skills and expertise.
