Many of the reporting, tracking, and purchase order systems I developed throughout my progressive career are still in use today.MY PROUDEST MOMENTS★ Oversaw 13 manager-led Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma events that saved significant dollars across the transportation and distribution functions while boosting team member engagement. ★ Implemented a Mechanic’s Code that drove performance and accountability in the maintenance organization and a “Five and Five” process that focused on vehicles’ adherence to DOT, FMCSA, safety, and visual standards. ★ Launched two entry-level driver training schools that mitigated a chronic driver shortage and drove a significant increase in driver retention.★ Elected to the Board of Directors for the Colorado Motor Carrier Association and the National Private Truck Council; these transportation industry leadership positions give me the opportunity for outreach within our industry so I can encourage effective stewardship of our craft.MY GREATEST STRENGTHI excel at driving business forward by building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
