Manage scheduling distribution and establishing bench marks for installation time lines from inception to completion. Ensure safe, efficient installations to meet all target deadlines.Direct all trade project managers and field superintendents associated with the build to include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, steel, carpentry and masonry as well as vertical transportation. Act as a liaison between Tishman Construction Corporation, Revel Entertainment Management, Contract Management Teams, Local and State Department of Community Affairs and Corporate VP's to ensure timely closure to projects Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and Certificate of Occupancy deadlines.

Direct and managed the Northeast Regional Environmental Health and Safety activities for two (2) regional offices, 25 location offices and 15 satellite offices throughout 17 states with a combined P&L of over 500M. Implemented EH&S policy and procedures for corporate, federal, state and local compliance. Served on World & North American EH&S fatality prevention audit and corporate training teams. Field Operations Supt for the Greater Philadelphia New Equipment Operations for a 60 million dollar Branch office. Responsible for safety, project management, manpower, start-up cradle to grave, material delivery, state certification, directed Project Management teams, General Contractors, Owners to ensure an efficient safe and timely installation of lift equipment.

Directed the planning and administration of all corporate policies and procedures relating to the operating units personnel activities in a 14.5 million dollar Aerospace manufacturing division with over 300 employees. Chief spokesman for the 1988 union contract, handled all union negotiations and grievances, responsible for human resources development, budget, wage and salary administration, worker's compensation, training and environmental, health and safety compliance.
