Throughout working/managing on various scaffold projects in my career so far I've developed great skills working in part of a highly motivated well driven company. Starting as a labourer I've worked my way up the chain to become a leading hand scaffolder (working foreman).Every day/year is about learning and progress for me so I can move higher up the chain in a job I love doing. I've also served in the re-sever forces were I have picked up great communication skills that enable me to complete tasks efficiently and effectively to guidelines/deadlines.as I've worked on various jobs I have had to solve different problems and change as the build goes on making me flexible to the task in hand.
