Leads 7 personnel overeeing high profile National Environmental Protection Act and Environmental Impact Analysis Process actions, Installation Development Plans (including resilience measures), Joint Basing, Global Posture, Strategic Real Estate Oportunities, Department of the Air Force test and training ranges, legacy BRAC and European Infrastructure Consolidation.

Led 3-member Directorate of Civil Engineer Legislative Affairs Cell to facilitate Congressional communication for the civil engineering portfolio, advocate for a $9B annual budget, and support House and Senate Defense Congressional Committees. Developed Congressional responses, reports and briefings on behalf of senior leaders. Coordinated across HAF, Major Command, and Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center staffs to ensure alignment with DoD and Department of the Air Force priorities.

Responsible for planning, programming and equiping the USAF Global Precision Attack portfolio. Developed policy, validated requirements and monitored performace for the $2.5B per year F-16 portfolio. Provided responses for the Secretary of the Air Force, Chief of Staff of the Air force, DoD and Congressional readiness, progrement and modernization inquiries. Developed and coordinated force structure options to meet world-wide Combat Air Forces Global Precision Attack requirements.

Commanded 351 US and UK military and civilian personnel to sustain 1,231 facilities spanning 1,167 acres. Delivered full spectrum civil engineer support to USAFE's only air refueling wing. This support included 17 tenants, 4 Major Commands, 6 Combatant Commands and NATO. Guided all real property plans, designs, construction and demolition. Oversaw facility standards and maintenance programs with an annual $24M budget. Directed fire protection, CBRNE defense, environmental management, and emergency response to ensure the safety of a base population of 16K personnel.

Commanded 154 US and UK military and civilian personnel supporting 3 bases comprised of 746 facilities, 299 military family housing units, 84 dorm rooms. Was responsible for engineering, environmental, fire and emergency services supporting the only PL-1 facility in the UK and only EUCOM bomber forward operating location. Provided housing and furnishings management for 4.3K joint military, NATO, DoD, and DoS civilians and their dependents at over 22 locations across the UK.

Led 140 military and civilian personnel with 9 diverse AFSCs in daily operations of the 22nd Civil Engineer Squadron's largest flight. Maintained and repaired 597 facilities, utility systems and two 12K-foot runways on 3,577 acres. Oversaw the execution of the 22nd Air Refueling Wing's annual maintenance and repair budget of $5.2M. Supervised the contengency training and ensured combat readiness for 102 military members as part of a world-wide deployable team.

I currently manage the Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization, Demolition (SRMD) branch on the United States, Air Forces Europe and Air Forces, Africa (USAFE-AFAFRICA) staff. My team consists of two GS-13 civilians and one Captain and we review and develop project strategies utilizing the Automated Civil Engineer System - Project Management (ACES-PM), Activity Management Plans (AMPs) and BUILDER Sustaiment Management System software. This work encompasses projects at 11 main installations scattered across 6 different European countries.

Supervised a mixture of 25 military and civilians responsible for the development of long range planning, management/execution of nine service contracts, design reviews, construction material inventory/control, and sustainment maintenance scheduling for over 280 craftsman in 17 different trades.

Supervised 38 military and civilian personnel involved in planning, programming, design and construction of projects within the areas of Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Military Construction (MILCON), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Military Family Housing (MFH), Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF), Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES), and Energy. Furthermore, I liaised between UK Ministry of Defense design/construction agents and the headquarters staff at Ramstein Air Base.

Responsible for cradle-to-grave project management for Military Construction (MILCON), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), and airfield projects. This included cost estimating, writing statements of work, reviewing construction plans and specifications, and coordinating various UK Ministry of Defense (MOD) organizations with regards to host nation codes and compliance requirements.
