Currently engaging in contract work @ USBank upgrading network, installing new pc systems and performing backups and restores.

Service/maintain/repair variety of pc's, printer's, scanner's and fax's and other equipment.

Primary responsibility is to maintain the university's PC systems locatedthroughout the departments and offices on campusMeet daily with various departments and university personnel to determine office needs and provide solutions to computer related problemsProvide end user support in systems diagnosis, maintenance and equipment repairResearch system operating problems, troubleshoot and repair operating system failures and software errorsAdvise users on system hardware needs including upgrades and proper usage of peripheral equipmentInventory and order necessary repair and stock parts, utilities software and diagnostic equipment

Repaired, maintained and upgraded mainframe computers, mini computers, PC's, printers and various other electronic equipmentAnalyzed and repaired DOS amd RMS operating systemsMaintained inventory of parts needed for short down timeAdvised and consulted with end users on needs and product usage
