Although teaching for over 9 years, my teaching has always focused on coaching and teaching sales and marketing professionals how to do so in English, along with top-tier students looking to advance their knowledge overseas. My passion for creating new and effective marketing strategies and sales plan has been present since my first job. Early in my career I was selling over $1,000,000 worth of homes. I am a soft/hard closer who can adapt to different buyer types. While there is a big need for sense of urgency, I also believe that a Buyer must trust the person he or she is buying from. In terms of marketing, science based marketing schemes innovatively planned out is another one of my strengths. I opine that strategies must focus on the buyer and why that buyer wants this product, and how to create that desire. This skill isn’t learned, in my opinion, but rather requires a sixth sense. Im curious and thirst for knowledge which is one of the main reasons why i can envision what others want and need, whether it’s a company or a consumer.This leads to real estate. From the time I was young enough to read, I’d run to door every Sunday morning to get the paper and look at the real estate section. I could spend hours looking at floor-plans and studying the flow of each space in terms of the whole home. This skill became my advantage as a developer consultant and Retail Specialist. I would help builders plan out the homes with architects, and in retail I would comment on how to improve the spaces in order to achieve the highest sales. All in all, while I love teaching, I desire to return to sales and marketing and feel the adrenaline rush that comes with the closing of a sale or the execution of a sales-generating marketing scheme.
