Senior infrastructure engineer for a 24/7 IT operation with several data centers globally, and with global traffic management capability in a virtualized environment. Provided end-to-end hosting support to all of the SaaS based customer facing systems including application support to CEB/SHL Talent Management systems, such as Metrics that Matter and Talent Central.

- Worked closely with a new team following the acquisition of KnowledgeAdvisors to successfully migrate the Metrics that Matter platform into CEB’s hosted system, ensuring no unexpected business impact.- Helped to adapt MTM teams to new business processes and procedures as part of this transition.- Came up to speed quickly on CEB’s global estate and began working with the Member Infrastructure Team on new projects, while cross-training teammates on the day to day operations of MTM.

- Ensured optimal performance of MetricsThatMatter SaaS platform.- SQL Server 2008 R2 - 2012 Administration, including OLTP and OLAP - Conducted performance analysis of storage subsystems and did capacity planning- Hyper-V administration, roll-out of Hyper-V on Windows 2012 in production and testing systems- Handled configuration and administration of monitoring systems- Maintenance of production and testing systems in third party hosting facilities- Assisted in Product team transition to Microsoft Team Foundation Server from older technologies- Worked on SQL query optimization - working with software engineers to rewrite existing stored procedures for better performance, faster execution, reducing disk i/o cost, etc.
