I am a dedicated fourth-year Law and French student at University College Cork, where I am developing my skills in legal principles and language proficiency. My academic journey took me to Lyon this past academic year, where I studied at Lyon III Jean Moulin Université in Law and Political Science, further enhancing my linguistic capabilities and deepening my understanding of law.Currently, I work as a legal secretary at a local Cork family law practice, gaining invaluable firsthand experience in the legal field. This role has strengthened my commitment to a legal career and provided insight into the realities of family law. I am also excited to participate in UCC's Sports Law Clinic, a student-led pro bono initiative that offers legal information to sports clubs across Ireland—a perfect intersection of my interests in sports and law.In addition to my studies, I have balanced many other various employment roles throughout university, including sailing and windsurfing instructing, wine sales, restaurant waiter, and brand promotion. My involvement in extracurricular activities, such as the UCC Law Society and UCC Soccer, has further enriched my university experience and developed my leadership, teamwork skills as well as being able to emjoy the social aspects of college.I am eager to connect with professionals in the legal field and explore opportunities to apply my skills and passion for making a meaningful impact.
