Responsible for the international marketing and sales for Wagner's distribution throughout all of Asia and China. Responsible for the Strategic and motivational Leadership of this Divisions National Team. Responsible for the management and growth of Graco's sales in Asia and China by developing a productive and profitable network of distributors. During this period under my stewardship sales grew by over 300%.I am also proud to say Graco participated in the first US Exhibition in China, 1979. This was at a time when China was still a very 'closed' country. Graco products also contributed toward Korea's mammoth change. My first visit to Hyundia Motors was when it was literally just a builders hut in a very large field.
