Responsibilities to include: Opening and closing the store, handling customer queries while maintaining a high level of customer service, maintain cash controls, implement programs to meet sales goals, managing expenses, assist with the development of strategies and objectives to drive store sales and profitability, direct operations of the sales floor and prepare reports for daily sales, prepare seasonal budget reports, handle inventory and loss prevention controls, maintain merchandising standards, conduct new hire interviews, implement training, write performance reviews, develop individual associate game plans and sales goals, creative problem solving in associate development, maintain effective leadership communication to promote a high energy team environment, plan and execute resets and sales events, implement store operating procedures and safety guidelines, inventory management, stock product, promote product knowledge of services and procedures, enforce safety policies and procedures and perform safety walks.
