CurrentMain Duties Desktop Support (Troubleshoot & resolve hardware, software & desktop PC problems) Setting up & maintaining all the workstations & Printers Checking & Updating of calls in the helpdesk management system resolving them in agreed SLA Installing and maintaining Travel GDS software and management software on server and client environment Software Experience Windows 95 – Windows 10 MS Office 95 – MS Office 2016 MS Windows Server Environment In House Application support Remote Desktop Connection Tool Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre GDS Systems Interaction Desktop Call center Support and Administration ECM supportAdditional Duties Assisting in server maintenance (Hardware & Software) Maintenance of the IT environment Active Directory Administration Managing, logging and updating of calls on the Latitude system Drafting, Documenting and updating of Operational Procedures and standards Network Support & Cabling Other & Previous Duties Data Capturing, Procurement & Documentation (Assets tracking etc) Onsite Telephony system support Miscellaneous onsite duties (Renovations & Special projects) Creating Deployment Images to use in Rolling out new PC systems using Clonezilla and Windows deployment services
