A recent graduate with an Associate Bachelors Degree in Interactive Multimedia Design from Ulster University Jordanstown. This degree involved complex coding languages, combining them with design fundamentals, the ability to think of unique ideas, developing them further and bringing them to reality. It has allowed my creative side to flourish along with my professional skills such as time management and working as an efficient team. These professional skills have further been tested and improved since leaving University as currently I am working in Teleperformance, a global leader in digitally integrated business services. I work for the Customer Enquiries area in one of the main energy suppliers, NPower, that supplies households all over Great Britain. This job involves learning an intricate system, a large amount of information regarding the business and the energy sector in general, understanding what the customer needs and providing an efficient yet professional solution. Recently, I have been using the knowledge I have been taught to help the newer employees where I can, opening the possibility to move in the training direction of the company in the future.Since leaving University my craving to be creative has not diminished. I have recently set up my own creative blog to work on in my spare time as well as taking on some freelance work for friends and family. My creative blog is still in the early stages of its life however I am certain that this is a good way to learn new skills and showcase what I am capable of. Seeing a finished product is nice although the process of how it was created or how it works is even more interesting and if I am able to learn this then this benefits me further.
