SIPP Investment Team

• Ensure that all business coming on and going off of the platform is processed correctly by the case handlers and in line with the time scales set by the FSA and in house service level agreements.• My role involves building all the controls and reports that we currently use for each process making them fit for purpose. Identify and fix any potential gaps within the processes to make sure that as a business we are not open to fraudulent activity and that we do not breach any FSA or HMRC rule.• As a Controls Analyst I review platform data on a daily basis to find trends and produce reports for the senior management.• During busy periods, especially over tax year end I have helped the processing teams placing sale and repurchase deals on the platform for Individual Savings Accounts (ISAs) and General Investment Account (GIAs).• To provide training on our reports and processes to new team members and also to staff at other sites.• Auditing telephone calls taken by our call handlers from customers and financial planners to ensure they are managed in a professional, courteous and helpful manner whilst maintaining the required security and data protection levels.

• Organise and plan my delivery route.• Deliver targeted number of parcels set for that route plus any extra.• Dealing with customer problems and queries to find appropriate solutions. • Prepare a report detailing targets that I have met, the time it has taken me and the mileage covered.• Cover for other drivers who are on holiday/sick and work their routes.

• Deal with the day to day running of the production line.• Liaise with management and team members to meet production targets and ensure completion of all production related paperwork.• Provide training to team members on all areas of the production line to ensure adequate cover for each cell.• Ensure that work is carried out safely and it is of a high quality and consistency.• Cover for other areas within the company when staff are on holiday/sick and learn the processes and procedures for that particular area.
