• Lead and motivate the project team to provide all project services efficiently, ensuring smooth linkages and coordination between different phases and activities.• Involvement in planning, monitoring, implementation, evaluation, proposal, report writing and budgeting.• Oversee the caregiver’s education, Business education and mentorship program.• Oversee management of established daycare centers and primary schools in ensuring training of the daycare center supervisors and teachers.• Oversee collection of relevant data from partner agencies for purposes of monitoring and evaluation and to aid in drafting reports in collaboration with the project manager.• Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities, and ECD stakeholders.• Ensure overall progress of the project towards its outcomes and deliverable and, in consultation with staff and beneficiaries, monitor, and explore and find solutions to issues as they arise.• Conduct Regular In-house training for the national and incentive staff assigned to the department.• In collaboration with the Education team, prepare plans for capacity building and training of school managements on various trainings needs.• Provide Logistical support to the project in facilitating purchases, budgeting and maintaining an updated inventory of the project assets.• Keeping projects on schedule by managing deadlines and adjusting workflows as needed.• Gathering requirements for ongoing projects and organizing details for management use.• Assisting in Program design and Program launch in Kakuma and Kalobeiyei Refugee settlements.
