Act as a technical liaison between the Cummins field service organization and the Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing organization to proactively identify, define and prioritize less complex product issues and to implement long term solutions.Facilitates new information regarding technical fixes and service procedures and communicates to the service organization.Manages failure analyses with Field Service, Warranty, and Engineering to communicate and define issues.Identify less complex service issues, initiate problem solving, document cost and customer impact information to establish priority for corrective action.

Install and uninstall heavy duty and mid-range engines into test cellPrepare test cycles in asset for the required test plan provided by Test EngineerMonitor engine performance and address any problems that may occur in an efficient mannerDocument and log all test cycle parameters for each test cycleFabricate any necessary parts according to test planIdentify and replace failed parts in order to maintain lab and data efficiency Maintain an organized, professional, and safe test cell environmentCollaborate with Test Engineers regarding test plan and engine performanceRun Emission Test Cells efficiently and effectively to Test Engineer’s needs
