Fully Trained in National Instruments LabView Core1 and Core2 Programming Work in load boards debug, trouble shooting and soldering electronic components with well versed in understandings electronic board schematics, electronics datasheets and specifications. Experience in using Altium for PCB design and review and AutoCAD for test jigs and fixtures fabrication. Responsible for new test System Design Verification/Validation through execution of validation protocols. Work on Computer Systems Validation assessment for new tools. Provides and implemented solutions on identified SMT related and product related issues. Analyse production rejects as required to reclaim where possible Liaise closely with the New Production Industrialisation (NPI) group to ensure new products are introduced with DFM and Lean Manufacturing principles. Conducted trainings to operators and peers for new process and tool introduction. Documented engineering reports on activities, including characterisation, validation and verification reports. Knowledge in Surface Mount Technology and Printed Circuit Board Assembly. Product Qualification from wafer sort (die level) to package level from reliability, test package and new product characterisation and analysis. Responsible for first level failure analysis and debug with the use of tools such as curve tracer, radiography XRAY and Time Domain Reflectometry TDR instrument.
