Over twenty-five years experience in accounting, with twenty of those years in Asia. • Advise public, private and non-profit organizations operating in Asia, North America and Europe on corporate governance, board of director effectiveness, financial reporting, internal controls functionality, and Sarbanes Oxley compliance;• Educate boards, executives and MBA students on the fundamentals of corporate governance, organizational governance, crisis management and ESG; • Research currently focused on the use of corporate governance tools, by venture capital and private equity firms. Past research focus on internal controls of public firms, auditing & the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
