Recruited to fill open requisitions in the company's temporary placement division to help reach anticipated revenue goals. Worked with senior management to help create HR policies and procedures; recruit employees; implemented database clean-up.

Manage the entire full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, recruitment, interviews and offer extension.• Communicate effectively with hiring influences throughout the recruiting process by: asking targeted questions to unearth hidden success factors and skills for each position, providing effective candidate presentations that address these success factors and skills, clearly communicating with hiring influences about their opening at every stage in the recruiting process.• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.• In partnership with hiring managers, develop a large, diverse and qualified applicant pool from multiple sources including direct sourcing, web sites, referrals, job fairs, community-based organizations, networking, etc. • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.• Responsible for working with recruiting coordinators to process, credential and update candidate records throughout the interview process.• Proactively market and suggest selected candidates for future departmental openings.
