Solar energy is the major focus of my company, and more specifically solar rooftops for commercial and industrial clients, to whom we offer a turnkey service, aiming at clients for whom electricity generation is not a core business, but who are attracted by the improving economics (= lower electricity prices) and environmental benefits (solar energy is central to most national climate action programmes, and many corporate buyers now insist on proof of renewable energy use). We also offer services to those seeking to invest in renewable energy, matching them with interested companies who do not wish to use their own corporate capital resources to produce electricity. The work builds on experience acquired as international advisor to the Thai Photovoltaic Industries Association since its creation in 2012. In addition to commercial roles, I am a pro bono organiser of high-level lectures in Europe and Asia on sustainable development, and in touch with some major academic influences in that field.
