Leading TPM team in managing all HW development efforts within JUMP. Vehicles, powertrain, IoT, battery, certs. Shepherding projects from Concept to Deployment, and making sure the team is running smoothly with budget/headcount planning and product development process ownership.

Led the technical relationships and Integration of Uber Autonomous Technology projects with OEM Truck Manufacturers.

Managed end-to-end Battery Engineering programs, leading projects from proof-of-concept to production. Directed cross-functional engineering team during concept design, prototype builds, validation testing, supply chain and manufacturing readiness.

Led New Product Introduction for the powertrain of Daimler B-Class electric. Powertrain was designed and built by Tesla in California.

Led Final Assembly and Test line readiness at contract manufacturer factory for 15” MacBook Pro production.

• Supporting Dell’s Lean cultural transformation by developing assessment process to measure lean maturity and identifying strategic improvement actions for Dell’s manufacturing facilities.• Conducting baseline assessments at Dell’s five largest U.S. Manufacturing sites; training local leadership teams to make future self-assessments.

• Member of Nokia Product Development Project based in Helsinki, Finland (one of two MIT students chosen)

• Lead Vehicle Integration Engineer for $200M All Wheel Drive (AWD) and all-new 3.5L engine program. Negotiated with 100+ engineers to set vehicle performance targets, solve cross-functional problems to deliver on-target prototypes.• Organized executive and expert prototype evaluations for major program milestones. Facilitated dozens of teams in testing prototypes, updating parts, and organizing presentations for executive milestone reviews.• Main engineering point of contact for Finance, Marketing, and Program Management teams.• Drafted and piloted design criteria for all future North American AWD systems. Led cross-functional Fusion/Milan/MKZ AWD team to deliver well-received, “all-weather confidence” AWD tuning.

• Strategically developed performance design criteria to match Ford Brand “DNA”. Assisted all Ford North American Car program teams with implementation of criteria into future models.• Trained as expert vehicle evaluator and certified to test high speed handling maneuvers. Supported vehicle evaluation events for nine programs and provided feedback to programs during vehicle development.• Designed Excel based tool for prototype evaluations to increase quality of data and save 20+ man-hours per event.

• Fuel Cell Experience: Managed halfshaft supplier in design and verification for Fuel Cell Focus Program.• Hybrid Experience: Performed preliminary analysis on brake and steering systems for Hybrid Escape Program.• International Experience: Part of three person Ford engineering team on the Focus RS program in London, England.• Manufacturing Experience: Launched Lincoln Blackwood Program in the Kansas City Assembly Plant.
