I am a qualified professional chef, trained in the United Kingdom, in classic french style cuisine, who has had the benefit of being employed by several five star establishments. I believe that my role as an employee, is to complement the team in the unified objective, the pursuit of the perfect guest experience. In an environment that requires a considerable amount of multitasking, i believe that ongoing communication is vital in the team dynamic to achieve continued success. Over time i have had the privilege of helping many young chefs, by sharing my insights and experiences i have been able to celebrate with them in their successes. I feel fortunate to have had diverse experiences , both positive and negative in my career, that have inspired, motivated and occasionally hurt, but have all helped to contribute to who i am. When not working, i like to continue the struggle of learning guitar, to read any novels i can and occasionally trot up and down the soccer field.
