Served as Military Plans Specialist responsible for leading and facilitating a senior management staff in the development, implementation, and evaluation of short- and long-range mission plans and programs. Developed and implemented "resourcing" strategies to achieve desired end states. Conceptualized, created and coordinated detailed sub-regional strategies and operations plans.
